Penetrator Systems for new cable installations.
Smooth Penetrator Threaded Penetrator Membrane Penetrator Cap Penetrator
Used in new horizontal cable penetrations of fire barriers made of  material such as gypsum drywall or block walls. Rated for up to 2 hrs. Intumescent putty is included, allowing for a 48% cable load. Can be used as a roller for pulling cables. PRICED FROM $25 TO $69. Used in new horizontal or vertical cable penetrations for barriers made of concrete for which up to a 4 hr. system is required. Intumescent putty is included, allowing for a 48% cable load. This is our most robust system. PRICED FROM $39 TO $90. Used to drop cables inside a fire rated sheet rock wall where an outlet is to be located. This is the ONLY mechanical sleeve we know of for doing this. Putty is included that allows for (8) Cat 5 cables at 40% cable load. Available in 1" or 2" sizes. PRICED FROM $29 TO $39. This device is used when penetrating the top plate of a partition wall. This is not a fire stop device, but a unique approach to protecting the cable jackets in the metal top plate of a partition wall. This system installs in the bat of an eye... No putty required. PRICED AT $15.

 

Accessories
Endcaps (for empty sleeves) Wall Outlet Box Fill Kit (putty)
   
Endcaps come in pairs and are used for sealing empty Sleeve Systems. Available for 1-2-4 inch Sleeve Systems made from EMT or Rigid. Can be used to seal sleeves with 0 % cable load. Putty can be re-used when sleeve is used. PRICED FROM $20 TO $45 PER SET. Used in unison with our Membrane Penetrator for fire stopping the cable outlet box behind the wall plate. Just remove the adhesive from the back of the pad and glue it to the back of the box. Material is highly intumescent. PRICED FROM $5 TO $10. The optional Fill Kit contains 18 cubic inches of Unique intumescent putty. Our Systems come with enough of this material for a minimum cable load of 25%. If the sleeve has less cable load than 25%, this fill kit may be needed. This putty is intended for our systems only. PRICED AT $30.
