Endcaps (for empty sleeves)

Installation Pictorial   Drawings   UL Systems

The National Electric Code requires that abandoned cable be removed to reduce the fuel load in a fire. As abandoned cables are harvested, sleeves are being harvested as well. There are very few tested systems available with 0% cable load. End caps are for sealing the ends of empty or abandoned sleeve systems. They come (in sets of two) for 1, 2, and 4 inch diameter sleeve systems. We have EMT Endcaps for our Smooth Penetrator as well as Endcaps for our Threaded Penetrator (rigid). The required intumescent putty is included with the Endcap Systems! This putty may be used to seal the Sleeve when cables are installed at a later date. May be used during construction to seal empty sleeves.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software
