Unique Bulkhead Plates

 Bulkhead Plates are a Special Order Item. They work as the inside washers for our Split Sleeve Systems to repair large holes and multiple cable penetrations. We take pride in the fact that we are able to offer a 24 hour turn around time on these systems! From cable tray penetrations to major holes, we can build you a set of these. When you use one of these systems, you will only need a slotted square washer for each side of the plate when installing one of Split Sleeves. Install the washer 180 degrees opposite from the slot in the plate.

Plates can be configured with any combination of 1 - 2 - 4 inch holes and slots... They can come from the top, bottom, as well as each side. Larger plates are screwed to the wall studs.

Bulkhead Plates are made for an individual application. In order to fabricate a pair of the bulkheads, we will need digital photos of both sides of the wall, height of the holes, stud spacing, cable type and cable count.
